Health insurance
I take most health insurance plans. Call with your insurance card handy and I will let you know what your plan covers before your first visit.

Sliding scale
For those paying out of pocket, my standard session fee is $150 and I offer a sliding scale based on what you are able to pay. I will meet you where you are capable.

Cash, credit card, HSA, Venmo, Apple Pay, and check are all accepted.

Individual counseling
50 to 60 minutes. In person in Central Point or by secure video anywhere in Oregon.
Couples and marriage counseling
About 60 minutes. Longer sessions available when helpful.
Family counseling
About 60 minutes. Children six and up, teens, and adult families.

Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. Call or text and we will talk for about 15 minutes about what is going on and whether I am a good fit. No charge, no pressure.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so that time can go to someone else who needs it.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Secure video sessions are available for anyone in Oregon, including Medford, Grants Pass, Ashland, Eagle Point, and beyond.
